You will need a standard construction permit from the local authority. We will bring you in contact with one of our local architects, that will guide and advice you on all the necessary documentation to facilitate the process of obtaining the licence to start building a timber frame home or multiple frame houses.

If you are ready to place an order we will ask you to pay 40% of the total costs, within 1 month after receiving the quotation, to confirm the order and start developing the Technical Design Project/ TDP.

After we have received the down payment of 40% you will receive the complete project documentation package:

- Floor plans
- Views
- Sections with DIN measures according to Eurocode 5
- Weight calculations
- Assembly diagrams etc.

When your Frame House is ready for production and shipping, you will receive a notification from us to complete the order by paying the remaining 60%.

Of course one of the main questions is - how much will the energy costs of my future house be? Ultra low energy usage construction technologies enable some lucky ones to say, "almost nothing". We can advise you how to turn our construction into a low-energy house, or even into a house corresponding to passive-house standards, by spending a minimum of time and efforts.

By using a facade insulation, (for example rockwool). This 50 mm wide insulant, combined with an inside insulation, reaches the total width of 300 mm thermal insulation, we meet the passive-house requirements for european wide regulations.
